Registration and paperwork

To ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running, we’ll also help create your billing policies, billing sheets and informed financial consent forms, as well as setting your fees and gap amounts.

Communication via our secure and private portal

Once your registration’s finalised (it takes about 10 – 12 days), we’ll assign you a portal login for direct access to our secure server. You can send us your billing sheets for processing, and we can send sensitive information back to you –swiftly and safely.

Instantly transmitted claims and fast payments

Unlike many other medical billing firms, we don’t collect and distribute payments into your account once a month. Thanks to our fast online claims system, you’ll be paid directly into your nominated bank account within 2 –3 days of your claim being submitted. We’ll also take care of any outstanding or rejected claims, and to ensure you – and your accountant – stay on top of your money matters, we’ll also send you a detailed weekly receipt report.

Fast, flexible and affordable

High quality medical billing services don’t have to be expensive. In fact, ours are anything but:

  • All-inclusive fees – We charge an all-inclusive fee of 4.5% of receipts from successful medical claims paid into your bank account. Put simply - we don’t get paid until you do.
  • No minimum fees – When it comes to billing services, you want as much flexibility as possible. That’s why we don’t charge a minimum fee, and charge no fee at all if you don’t receive any payments into your account during any particular month.
